Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is and wheatgrass juice are made from the cotyledons (the embryo of a seed) of the wheat plant. It can be either consumed as a powderize or as a juice. It is prized for the nutrients it provides including many different enzymes, chlorophylls, vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
