Stair Sprinting To Stay Fit

Losing weight is no big deal and anyone can do it. All you need to do to achieve this is make more effort and be careful about the food you eat. You don’t have to subscribe to the gym or deprive yourself of food if you want to go on a diet. Keeping your body in shape doesn’t have to involve gym equipment or professional supervision. If you want weight loss to be even simpler, then try adding dietary supplement.

Stair sprinting is a simple exercise that can be performed at home or even at the park. The name explains it all. It involves running up and down the stairs, and it’s better if there are more floors.

Even if you think your physical condition is good, it’s still advisable to start small. You can try to run up and down four floor two times. Managing more than two reps is quite unlikely for beginners and overweight people. If you can’t do more than two reps in the beginning, it’s no big deal. In time, you can build resistance to effort. You can opt to do the reps every other day for two weeks.

What you can do is increase the reps to 3 or 4 after two weeks, depending on how you feel. Good for you if you can do 4 reps. But if you can’t do 4 reps, then stick to 3 You can add more reps to your routine as the weeks go by so you can increase your endurance and put your muscles to work.

Stair sprinting is great for the legs and rear. Performing this exercise will help you build shapely buttocks and rear. If you want your feet to gain more endurance and more stress to be placed on your muscles, then it’s better to carry your weight up the stairs rather than on a flat terrain. But when doing this exercise, it still pays to be careful. Running up and down the stairs can cause you to trip or miss a step if you’re not careful and end up with a splayed ankle. If you’re not careful, then even more injuries might happen.
